The Digestive Connection to Emotional Disharmony

The Connection between digestion and the emotions, is not common knowledge in the west.

This article will begin with a simplified yet comprehensive discussion on the digestive process and the organs involved in relation to reducing wear and tear for longevity purposes.

We will discuss common impediments to the digestive pathway which cause ill health ~ and we will demonstrate an effortless solution which requires only willingness and some discipline.

The pains of hunger urges will be explained at their root and a secret to eliminate these pains which took me 10 years of research to finally stumble upon un suspectedly.

One this process is understood, we will discuss the digestive systems connection to all emotional disharmonies common on our times ~ it will be shown how, that according to ancient eastern medicine, which has existed for over 3500 years ~ all emotional illness has its roots in the digestive organs and can be cure simply with understanding and a bit of discipline.

The article will conclude with nutritional shortcuts to receive sufficient sustenance with little digestive work, some useful herbal remedies, my honest weekly meal plan and the side effects of inorganic foods.


Chapter 1: The Natural Law of Wear and tear

  • The more you use something, the more wear and tear it encounters. And this is what shortens its lifetime.

  • When an organic living forms is undergoing work, it produces heat, i.e. A running person produces heat in his body, through use of movement the muscles.

This heat is then transferred to nearby objects, according to the laws entropy an heat transfer, heat will heat up a cooler objects, liquid or air particles in its vicinity

Therefore we deduce:

  • A living form when undergoing movement or some kind and a living thing receiving heat via transfer from a nearby object creates wear and tear on this organism, thus shortening its lifetime.

General rule:

As Use increases ~ wear and tear increases ~ lifetime shortens / is used up

The opposite is also true:

Rest ~ delays wear and tear ~ maintains health (also can increase it due to the bodies built in self healing mechanisms during rest ~ therefore reduces the affects of shortening of life time from use.


Chapter 2. The Organs:

  • according to the law of wear and tear:

When a organ is in use (i.e. Stomach when disgesting foods, heart increases speed when in danger) ~ it is bound by the effects of this natural law.


The harder and more often an organ works ~ the more wear and tear it will gather and the more heat is will produce, additionally causing further wear and tear to itself and nearby organs which absorb this heat.

(note: the organ walls within the body touch the walls of neighbouring organs, thus maximum heat transfer happen between them. It is like an electric stove which transfers its heat a pan above it, quickly and efficiently the pan will conduct heat, so to, the organs)
