A comprehensive guide to health, longevity and wisdom in an age of peace, understanding and universal truth

Part 1:

1. Natural Law: Wear and tear ~ The more you use something, the more wear and tear it undergoes. And furthermore according to this principle it shortens its lifetime. ~ with living things when it is undergoing work, it produces heat, eg. A person who works out produces heat in his body, through movement. This heat is trasfered to nearby objects, according to the laws of heat transfer, where heat not only rises but heats up a cooler object, liquid or air.

Therefore we deduce:

~ A living thing in movement and a living thing receiving heat from a nearby object create wear and tear on that organism and therefore, shoten its lifetime.
As Use increases ~ wear and tear increases ~ lifetime shortens / is used up

Rest ~ delays wear and tear ~ maintains health (also increase it due to bodys self healing mechanisms when it rests ~ minimises shortening of life time as time passes bye continuously

2. The Organs:

~ according to what we have said concerning ware and tear: if an organ is working (i.e. Stomach disgesting food, heart in danger, beating quickly) ~ it is bound bye the affects of this natural law, thus:

Both the harder and more often an organ works ~ the more ware and tear will is receive, and the more heat is will produce, cause further wear and tear to itself and the organs nearby.

(note: the walls of the organs in the body literally are touching each other, thus high transfer of heat to neighbouring organs, as with an electric stove transfering its heat to a pan, quickly and efficiently to the pan conduct the heat)

3. The organs of digestion:

The ancient eastern traditions state that the body has not one, but two brains: and that the main brain of the body is not the one in the head but rather the brain of the gut which is the one people are un-aware of. Brain being the core operating system of the body.

Here is why:

~ the organs of digestion in the body are many, and their size covers most of the chest and belly area, and is close bye if not touching the walls of each and every other organ in this region. Thus the heat producing during their work of digestion will be transfered to all other organs in this region which takes up majority of the body.

The organs:

• Stomach •Small and Large intestines • Spleen • Gall • Lungs (air fuses with food to be moves around the body) • kidneys and sexual organs (imagination/ thought)

4. Digestion summary:

Digestion takes a minimum of 8 hours to complete is process before the organs involved can return to a restful state of healing the damage done (similar to what the body does when we sleep, that is considering that we are not digesting while we sleep, which delays the healing process, and we will discuss this more later)

8 hours for easily digestible foods eaten in the correct proportions, to speed up the digestion process in the healthiest possible way for solid food.

More complex foods such as meats, dairy, nuts, bread, heavy vegetable meats (i.e. mushrooms) and food not well chewed can take days, even weeks to digest properly and some even remain in the gut for years creating blockages and further issues (according the research reference in the book: the Tao of sex, health and longevity)

5. food combinations explained:

Not only the food we put in our body defines the level of work and ware and tear on the organs involved in digestion and subsequently the affected nearby organs by the heat product transferred.

Also:

The combinations: this is a very simple principle in fact, it will be explained through and example.

As previously stated the after the food is chewed, preferably well chewed, it reaches the stomach, where the spleen will then produce and excrete living basteria into the stomach creating either a basic of acid environment to further decrease particles size of this soupy mixture making so that it can then be passed on two the small intestines and then the large where a similar process takes place in seperating and breaking down the soupy mixture.

Some foods (i.e. need and example) require a basic environment to break down where others require an acidic environment. Thus the stomach will change enviroment based on the foods its receives.

Now when foods of the same nature, whihc require the same environments, i.e. and acidic environment, enter the stomach, its creates the envirment, breaks them down and moves them along so that it can return to rest.

However:

If two of more opposing foods enter the stomach, the stomach is confused and produces both and acidic invironment for the one type and a counter basic envirenment for the opposing type. Now as we know this is not feasible, because the acidic and basic environment will cancel each other out in the stomach and thus the digestion process is slowed, extended and more work is need to break down the food, and more heat is produced and trasfered to nearby organs in this process. (Nearby organs of the stomach include (the heat, the gall, the lungs, the spleen which is also work) and the ware and tear and those organs take place much faster than it would hadd person been mingful of the process of stomach digestion and taken care in the combinations of foods entering the mouth.
